I was banned like a while ago from alteriw
it was the first one but ended up being perma
but i am just about to build a new budget gaming computer
(i used to game on laptop which was terrible)
it has like a gtx 560 ti
but thats another story
with this computer will i be unbanned
since it has like a new network card

i think that will help towards unbanned but
i have like a static or dynamic ip i forget just the one that you cant change
so here comes the question if i use a program like ip hotspot shield will i get unbanned or not? If not with that program, is there another that will (like proxy or something) thanks..
