small fix file

k, just to fix a few things,
(aka, some peoples fps problems, text glitch, and minor tweaking)

ether DL the attachment, put it in the directory below,
and rename it without the .txt extention.
or do the following :

make a autoexec.cfg in the directory: (something like)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(brinkusernbr)\22350\local\ba se\

and open it, then copy this into it.

then save it, and run ya game.

basicly fixes minor things they havent fixed yet, and since an update is yet to be released to fix these, this is what i came up with.

when the text glitch happens, hit F9, and it should be fixed.

also alowed the console for other tweaks where you see fit.
increased server request timeout period since it likes to do this weird no-finding-servers glitch, and if a mod is created, your game.save is protected aswell.
