No, not particularly. It does, however, require much patience. Lastly, I don't recommend it.
I recommend you learn Visual Basic, or, alternatively Java/C# (Java and C# are different languages, but they're pretty much equivalent). You will love me later on for this if you decide to take programming further. :)
C++ for most things is an overkill. It's like using differentiation and calculus to find the gradient of a horizontal line: 0. Programming in Visual Basic, C# or Java will allow you to program literally 10 times faster than if you do the same thing in C++.

I'm originally from Java/C# and I would recommend them for starter languages, but I wouldn't recommend going through the headaches of using it for game hacking.
They will be your most powerful asset when applying for jobs though. In anything related to computers - computer scientist, graphic designer, sysadmin etc.. Although you may not follow this path, you'll use C# everyday, as I do, to automate so much... Even though your tasks aren't directly related to programming, you'll use it everyday to speed things up or reduce your workload :)

@jewbele I would suggest learning .lua scripting first... made it a whole lot easyer for me to learn what C++ codeing i know now...
a little kiddish way to start learning .lua scripting is: https://www.R Oblo*****m thats kiddish but easy... you learn a little bit of that and ull understand more in C++... lolz i started that when i was five, now im 13 and learning how to code CA hacks. if any would help... that would be grrrrreeat!
