Using Hack with Black Ops Free weekend

When I use a detected hack on Black Ops, Can i get account banned or only from the Black Ops servers like Modern Warfare 2?

I don't gonna buy the game, I only wanna hack this weekend

make new acc begin the free download weekend, copy files over to new acc, and hack on b.o instead of having it on your mw2, which may ban you, who knows what happens.
