    uhm they are so far i know i have tune up utilities everytime when i start up my pc it fixes the registry problems mostly 100 fixes or something and nothing happened yet for 4 weeks

    so it's safe i guess

    I downloaded TuneUp and used it... Does the HD defrag makes me lose everything that was on it or does it just magically makes it use less space?
    And app. how much time does it take for a defrag of a 100 gb big HD?
