Well here's my thoughts.

Bracinni : Made his own hacking site, he would be a good candidate but he hasn't been here for like a year so I think he should stick around a while longer before being promoted.

Imsohooood : We already tried him.

ScimmyBoy : Needs to stick out more, I haven't seen him post too much but I think he's trying.

Xray : A new member, I think he should stick around a while more.

Eric : Annoying and he can admit it. =S Needs to post a lot more.

Jesse : Not too active on the forum but does communicate to the MPGH staff regularly.

Then again, none of this is my decision its all up to Arunforce and Dave, as they know more about these members then I do.
