Go to start and run "msconfig" Click the boot tab and click Advanced Options and change max # of processors to 1 and make maximum memory to 256 MB. Watch your little brother die from the slowness and he'll beg you to make it faster, but don't, enjoy his agony. You can switch it back everytime you want to use it.
