1. Do 70 situps
2. 40 Crunches 2 Sets
3. Ab plank for 1 and a half minutes 2 sets
Now your done.... This will only take up 15 every morning. And you'll soon have washboard abs like me
Yeah, pretty much, a lot of work outs that do the most impact are work outs that require nothing but your own body, and patience. These will help a lot, doing this, jogging, and normal gym exercise and no matter what, you will get in shape if you do it all enough, and properly.
