I do like the flow and effect, but it could definitely use some more vibrancy. Play with the levels or brightness/contrast a bit perhaps? Also, text could use work

download some more fonts like visitor

and then fiddle around with the textplacement and it will look much better

Pixel text is definitely not what this sig needs heh, I actually prefer defaults such as times new roman

could use some work on the colour's and the not very nice to look at texture feel to it. it looks to flat to stuck down...you want it to fell like its their and matters
