@hodgy Beats™
How often has it been used?
Are you working it out? Not using it at all (not lifting anything stressful, just being on the PC all day)
the muscle behind my right shoulder keeps twitching. like, non-stop twitching.
it's been doing that for about 2 days now.
anybody know what this is/called?

my muscles do that a lot after i lift. and i lift pretty much everyday. so you get the point.
Muscle spasm. Working out, gradually will go away. Put it to use.
Could be diet deficiency, drug overdose ie:caffeine, drug side effect,such as from diuretics, corticosteroids, or estrogens, or just exercise.
THe only thing you'd really need to worry about is if you dammaged your nerves some how.
If it keeps doing it through out this day too, I'd consider taking a trip to see a your Doc.

@Jabuuty671
i workout about 3 times a week.
@RJ
i dont use drugs.
You're probably fine, but like I said, if it is presistaint, and continues through out the remander of today (which would be day 3 of this) I'd go see a Doctor.
btw: stress or anxiety can also cause this.

nah, imma just go lift. bench in the backyard keeps me fit.
i neber go to the doctor. i had a problem with my left hand before, my pinky and ring finger felt really weird when i moved them, and they were like.... kinda frozen in the same spot. went away after like a month.
Well the thing is, if it's just a benign twitch (almost always is this) then you're golden, but if you managed to do dammage to your nerves... THat's a whole diffrent ballpark, but I assume you're a kid, so i'd say it's just a benign twitch.

You're good then man. Keep lifting, and try to give your muscles about 18 hours to heal after you tare em' up. Just hit diffrent body parts each day, but that's basic shyt. I'm sure you know.
