Yea I know you can overclock the GTX 590, cause I overclocked mines @ 797Mhz/1500Mhz/4008Mhz... I fried the first 1 I had trying to reach 850Mhz/1594Mhz/4100Mhz... It's when I raised the Core Clock to 850Mhz that it went boom... In COD MW2 I was able to achieve 270fps max @ 1920x1080p using 1 GTX 590... In Quad SLI I was able to achieve close to 325fps max, setting were at extra..

Liquid... It was the Classified Hydro Copper... The only fault I had with the GTX 590 was when you up the voltage to achieve 850Mhz the card couldn't take it, which made it not Superclockable.

6990 is better, with AMD.
It's a great combo and a cheap one, too.
