I've already submitted a ticket to Steam. They told me to re-install. But they are clearly fucking idiots over there because I told them in my ticket that I've tried reinstalling several times..

And how can they tell me to make a new steam account? I have like 400$ worth of games on mine....

steam is newphag in a way, never listen to them LOL, you can ask, but just dont listen

Well, i can just do this:
un-install steam.
go on your hard drive, find the steam folder and delete it.
Restart your pc.
re-install steam.

I had to uninstall Advanced system care. Even with it closed it wouldent run. Once I uninstalled it opened
