ok i ended up trying this tutorial on combat arms eu in america now i try to play either of them and it crashes at the part where you are contacting the server just after the guy runs how can i fix this

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling either? Try uninstalling both, and reinstalling just the one for your native area.

ya i tried that i wanted to play combat arms eu before i went to europe and now i ant play either they both crash on the screen following the guy running

well can anyone actually take the time to help instead of stating the obvious i cant play either of the games i installed proxy cap tried playing combat arms eu and everything but both games work upto the point after the guy runs away it closes combat arms

This is obvious, but did you uninstall proxycap/ make sure it's not running? Also did you do what I told you to above?

yes i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it even removed proxycap all the obvious i said i did which i did

Un-instal the game completely. Restart your computer. Run that manual patch. Restart your Cpu again. Run the game as admin.
