You have to make your own undetected cheat engine (aka UCE) and no one is going to explain you how.

Heres how you use CE -

1. Open CE
2. Open the program you want to use it on
3. Say in this program you have $100, and you want to use CE to get more. You would go to CE and click the flahsing computer in the top left of the window. Then select the process to the game. Then type 100 (or whatever else you want to change) in the typing box.
3. Click first scan
4. You'll get tons of adresses
5. Go into your game and change your money amount (exp: I have $100 and i bought something now i have $50)
6. Type 50 (or whatever else u changed it to) in the box and click next scan. If your lucky youll get less than 5 adresses. If not repeat steps 3 - 5.
7. Change the few remaining adresses to whatever you want it to be.
