It says in the download requirements what type of video card is recommended.
If it's equal or greater than the recommended, you won't get all black.

Yea, but i had the same exact laptop and it ran well. The only difference was that the last one was i5 and this one i7, but the graphics card was similar.

Buy a new graphics card.
It will not only work better, but you will have less lag.
Or at least that's how it worked for me.

i have Intel G45/43 Express Chipset which might be inferior to your card but I don't get any problem whatsoever
try Can You Run It? and see if it says that you can't run this game

when you load the game click on the cod wheel at the top right of the serve screen

Updating your graphic cards drivers wont solve the issue
You just need to update your hardware

You go to the tools, then graphics then press low.
Turn down resolution.
