    Fraps.is the best, either you dont know how to compress the clips, or your pc isnt that well. Nothing beats fraps afaik...
    Camtasia is alright but takes up more memory and shit than fraps.

    Fraps is more of a gaming
    Camtasia, camstudio, and hypercam are more of a desktop and flash game capture.
    Fraps can record your mic, but I suggest you use something else to. audacity?
