Well good news folks.. if you do it with the shortcut method u dont get it at least i dont.. n its a common bug just like in beta.. yall arent banned just bugged..

nexon never give their players any info after maintenance
they always let their players in the dark and let them find out for them self
5/27 was a good example
it take nexon forever just to reply what those message mean
if this is a bug it good, if not then it bad
some ppl change email and work, other do the same but not working
anyway hope the best for all of u who have this problem

create new acc using new email
if u can log into the new acc, but not ur currenting acc that mean u r ban

As far as i know does nexon only ban acc's, but not ip's.

Lmao that dosent mean ur banned, after the maintenance many poeple had the same problem couldnt login , my friend just used his email to login instead and it worked

Spam log in button at direct vindictus.exe if that doesn't work try to start game from website. And if that doesn't work GG you got banned

Yes youre not banned nexons portal they made in the last update is glitched. If youre getting the NGM??????? Error all u need to do is log in with ur email tied to the account and if that doesnt work change ur email and log in from the account management page by clicking the down arrow by PLAY and picking vindictus. My whole guild has been getting this error and bypassing it like this. GL

As far as i know does nexon only ban acc's, but not ip's.

if it temp ban, acc will be lock, u can still use form but cant play the game.
if it perm ban, acc will be lock/gone as well as ip will be block

Ive been perma banned without IP being banned. All it does is restrict some account applications such as earning/buying nexon points.

yes i was talking about maplestory as example of how rot nexon perm ban player

back when i still play mapletory where my acc got perm banned, both my ip and acc r buried in the dirt..gone for good

maybe in vindictus, its different caz i hear ppl complain about how they use public net that sharing with the same ip...mayb rot nexon take that into account and make the change

This is an errormessage that appears sometimes after launching the game from the browser (explorer/firefox/google chrome).

Go to your game folder and launch it using the vindictus.exe file.
The location is by default:
C:\Nexon\Vindictus\en-US\vindictus.exe
