2 questions about Hacks/site

Hello everyone. Long time CA player first time visitor to the site pretty much. And on with the questions.

A) I never got the verification e-mail and I tried around 5 times to get it to send me a e-mail but it hasn't. My e-mail is a GMX account. If there is anything I or a mod can do just let me know please.

B) I have been using the hack out by Noob. Love the hack alot man props to you. I have been trying to figure out how to do the zombie hack thing where you hold your knife out and spam it and all the zombies die. I have no clue how to do this and any input would be great.
