First Mod Attempts

This isn't a release (cause it sucks and nobody would want it lol), just showing you my first successful mod.

This is also my first time using Photoshop, and it took me about 10 minutes to find the Magic Wand tool

My first was was the M9. I attempted to make the edge of the knife bloodstained. It didn't turn out too realistic.



And second was my favorite gun, the AK-47. I didn't know what to really do for it, so I spray painted the edges of the wooden finish, and put a Mario render on the side.

I realize that I have a long ways to go before I get better at this sort of thing, because let's face it, I'm not artistic at all, I'm more of a books smart intellectual.

However, I am patient, and I'll improve as time goes on (hopefully ) I've got all the extracting and injecting down perfectly, now I just need to fully learn what each part of the .*** image relates to to the gun as a whole.

GJ . Kinda plain but nice . And how do you put an image on your mod idk how to... i do place and it lets me place a pic on my mod but it changes the file so i can't use the mod..

I just found an image on Google and then copy/pasted it onto my canvas. Then I re-sized it (took me forever to find out how to), and moved it onto the stock.

change more if u want ur mod to be good

Oh dang. I only spend about 20 minutes on both of these combined. And the majority of it was trying to figure out how to use the tools on CS4.

How do u past? are u using PS5 and also it doesn't let me past it because it thinks i am working on the image.

I went to Edit>Paste and then it put the image in a new layer.

i take about 4 to 5 hours for each one.
