ICBM.ff not installing...

Hey, im downloading Cod4 from my CD i bought and it wont install like the very last file. ICBM.ff, and i cannot finish installing the game until it does install.
Can i just download the ICBM file online and replace it in the folder? and also where can i get the file? i looked all over the internet with no luck.

That would be in your zone - english folder.. Does your installation pull through, or does it stop?
