Well some of you have seen me here before talking about if the insanity thing really works, well instead of asking, im going through with it. I will post a picture (of my body) each day, and seeing if any results will come from it. From here you guys can comment, give me tips, ANYTHING. The more advice the better.
+ im starting from day 2, becuase thats when the idea hit me
