So here's the thing, I placed an order over there, and the order status was 'Queued', and later it changed to 'Waiting for Admin Approval'.
I've received an email in which G2Play asked me to provide them a Passport/ID, to prove I was over 18.
Well I am just 16, so I decided to ask for a refund instead.
Still they wanted me to prove I was over 18, and asked if it would be a problem for me, so I responded that it would be a problem indeed.

And then all of sudden, the order was processed already and they were very very sorry I couldn't refund anymore.
