Fail. There are a couple groups on MPGH that have NO power, and do something productive, for instance the EDITOR group. The editor group in its short life has done more than the GFX group will ever do and ever has... The other staff on MPGH, mainly minions and moderators do it for the community. They know people on here, they are into the site and they do it to help MPGH. Laziness has nothing to do with incentive, some people are adherently lazy. They want the easy way in life, and do the bare minimum to get there - for example you, strawberry picker. This is pretty obvious for those who applied for publicist, got the tag and didn't do shit. The same goes for the GFX team, they got the tag, didn't do much with it. When asked to do thing, herp derp. Your British logic is British, that is why you are no longer #1.

Mr David, you calling someone lazy is oh so hypocritical. For example, i even had to pretend to be you on skype, that's how lazy your bitch ass is, when you can't be bothered being yourself... (Fuck that asian bitch was dumb tho)

Like i said it was just my view and opinion on it, you can choose to listen to it or not, but theres reasons why the previous teams have failed, and you can put that down to laziness all you want but in the end of the day thats not what it's 100% down to, and you can be ignorant about it and say it is all you want, but until you accept the fact the theres more to it then that and try change some shit then the same is going to happen with this new team given time, and your just going to have the same headache over and over again with having to get a new team put together.

Anyway i'm done with this thread, gunna go up to Geordie shore for the day and see if i can fuck some retarded bitches with serious repercussions of getting several STD's.

I have a question for Dave. I know this is probably a stupid question, but have you ever considered not having a GFX Team at all, and rather just have a competition whenever you needed something done? Or do you prefer the idea of a cohesive team working collectively?

He has, i didn't like it, contest involves every noob out there trying to get something... a team of decent artists could work together for a single purpose. a competition cannot.

Anyway, ill say it again, doesn't matter how many people are 'tag hunters' they will have to prove themselves at the end, so every hunter will just be washed away.

Well in it's current state, there is no point in having a GFX team. The idea was ofc, to have a team that worked together, if one person couldn't contribute due to time constraints, some one else could... of course, that didn't happened so here we are.

It isn't a fact, it is an opinion. Nothing more. In the past, I really didn't micromanage this group, I didn't kick people for inactivity. I didn't kick people for not doing diddly squat. Things are definitely going to change.
