thats not a lot of things :/ and it is pretty easy to do.
I work with C# mostly but I also know C++.
makings bots is pretty easy after you get the information (( in this case is the players position )) and actually all you need to make an aim bot is to sample all the players withing your range. filter them and sample only your enemies then sample the distance between your cursor and the next box drew on the screen and push the cursor. That is pretty easy to do.

And yea some people can write hack but theire not obligated to release it and since if you release your hack public it get sooner detected most people keep theire hack private so he is right you can better spend your time learning to hack than complaining on this forum
