In response to the issues previously discussed, we have deactivated Nexon Guard for the time being. You will still see BlackCipher running, however it should not cause performance issues that you may have experienced prior to the server restart.
If you continue to experience performance issues, please post your system specifications in this thread.

For reporting:
The following information should be required in ALL reports;
•System Hardware\Software information – The best and most accurate way is by including a DxDiag** report as this identifies all important components and lists driver information.
•Laptop or Desktop? Please provide brand\model-number as well
•Is an Anti-Virus program installed and running? From whom?
•Are Anti-Malware programs installed and running? From Whom?
•What programs are running in the background (iTunes, Torrent Downloaders, IM clients, etc)
•Does restarting Combat Arms help? Does a full restart of the computer help?
•Are all priority updates from Windows Update installed properly?
** To Run a dxdiag report:
Hit Windows key + R (for Run) > Type “dxdiag” in the “Open” field > select “okay”
The DXDiag panel opens. It has tabs for a number of details on your PC. Above you see DxDiag opened on the display tab. Notice the 'Save All Information' button at the bottom. Clicking this button will save all dxdiag information into a text file. Once you have saved all the information, open the file and copy all contents of it into your post. (thank you Klypto)
