Bill S.978 will go under US goverment...
It means if it is approved then you have to delete all your videos of Minecraft, Crysis, Minecraft, Combat Arms, Call Of Duty and alot more...
Or otherways you have to email or call to company who has copyright of game and ask them specially for permission to make video of that game you want...
The companyies have so lot stuff to do so they can keep looking the video making permission emails...They ARE interested in developing games!
And now very important part:

YOU CAN GO JAIL FOR MAKING VIDEO OF GAME IF YOU DONT HAVE PERMISSION!
ALL the youtube is going to die!
You have to ask lady gaga permission if you want to put your little daughter singing her song on youtube or anywhere in internet...
It could be terrible to go JAIL for making a video of game you love...
It is going to take lot jobs on internet...
So if you want to fight for that in US Goverment you CAN DO THIS!!
