video disk only plays audio, WDF?

my dad brought in this video CD with a concert on it so i open it with media player
it only plays the sound, and shows me the skins in media player and doesnt show the concert
anyone know the problem?
yeah i tried choosing the "no skins" button but it just blacks the whole screen...
anyone got any idea what the problem is?
PS it plays on a DVD player

yea ur dvd player might be build for dvds and vcds, and maybe ur computer cant read vcds

i didnt wanna post now coz im kinda egging on a spammed thread but did you fix it dude? coz sometimes windows media player can be a bit fucked with dvd's and it has bad quality anyway. i prefer powerdvd or some type of nero program cant remember the name
