Get software called iStealer (its on hacking forums) Infect a file with it. Give away the file( dont do it on MPGH) and when someone logs in all there shit will be send to the site you set it up on. So you do need your own domain and hosting. I did this long time ago to get a facebook password of my friend. Don't over use it.

If you talking about making a new account, then simply download firefox.
Then click Ctrl+Shift+P it will start a private browser(no cookies in at all).
Then go to nexon website try to register with a email that you can remember the password with.
Once register login in ca with it.
Choose a name and go on.
