Because shit games don't wanna be known as shit games.
Pointless to pass though, it would decrease lots of business for the game companies bitching about it, and it would probably kill 1/2 of youtube's content.
Not only that, youtube has a "dispute" claim. You can put copyrighted content up there as long as you click the "its not copyright infringment" button so its pretty pointless.
