A bill was recently put out to committees for approval in the US Congress.
This bill, if signed into law, would make it illegal for anyone to post media of copyrighted content anywhere on the web where the streaming of said media is possible.
I've gotta go, so I found a Youtube video of some fat guy to explain it better for me.
What do you guys think?

Long story short, even if they dont fix the bills wording to exclude video games, developers/publishers will add in their TOS that streaming videos of their games is ok, seeing as how sites like youtube generate tons of free marketing for them.
