Help with my mouse for my computer :(

Hello,Can anyone help me with my computer mouse I plugged in the USB part of it but it wont resond/let the arrow move around and how do I know it's the USB part of my computer I happend to have 2 mouses,1 wireless and the other with wire so I tried both and none of them seen to work/let the arrow move I was wondering if anyone could help me?

I'm not sure if this is the right section also,this is all I could find.

try a different USB port or push the tiny reset/connect button on the wireless one and wait for it to connect. @[CF]Tree
