My new MPGH logo tags

not sure what they are .... logos ... tags or whatever else .. but i made these in photoshop a little while ago ...
credits to Wudge who told me what the font was for the MPGH stuff ...
(font is birdman)

birdman is not official font, you can use w.e font you want. we want something away from current look, more professional.

but for the actual making of it how did i do? i made this from dirt scratch

text gradient. 2 lines. nothing special, add more into it.

wow ... that made my 10 minutes sound like something that could be done in 10 seconds

what about the first design?
that was kinda a little over basic lol

top part is pixelated, idk if its bc of bad render, or the shape itself looks like that, its not bad, although doesn't really have anything to do with mpgh. It's not terrible, just not what I would put as the site logo.

overall id give the effort a 6.5 you did get the colors right at least.

it is just the shape, i magnified it to like 300% and i DID try to fix it one time but it failed ... that's why i keep copies of working things .... my PSD are huge lol

but it is just the shape and unfortunately i could not fix it ...

and i just wanted to throw a shape in there because a lot of people do not find text and lines exciting.
and the finding of the colors was the easy part but trying to figure out again how to make custom gradients sucked ... i haven't touched PS in like a month.

Sure, keep at it, im sure you will get better, try different fonts, and styles, look up tutorials etc. it all helps you to learn anyway.

i'm am just really used to signatures which i am not too good at so i was trying something new. thank you
( i have read almost 500 photoshop tutorials and followed about 250 of them)

it is a custom shape that comes with PS i put it down and it looked like that, idk how and quite frankly idc how because i'll probably never use the one with the scouts symbol...

my PC moniter is kinda crappy and i can't even use PS unless it is on a super high resolution so i can't see very well. but i dunno how .. it looks fine on my screen, in which case it probably looks like shit to you guys -.-
