Instructions:

1. Run the Loader.
2. Press Start Combat Arms

Features:

NX Chams: Lets you see enemies through walls
No Spread & No Recoil: Allows you to shoot your gun without it moving. Your bullets also fly straight where the crosshair is shooting. (Works with Shotgun and Sniper Sway + Spread)
xHair & oHair: Shows a crosshair or a circlehair
No fog: Disables fog. (useful for Snow Valley)
Fly: Allows you to fly(press alt in midair)
Activation: Allows you to pickup weapons, activate doors from far away. and pickup SuperSoldier boxes.

Hotkeys:

Insert = Open/Close Menu
Space = Fly (Press jump, then press alt to fly up. it is controlable tehe)

Try asking @flameswor10 himself I bet he knows the solution he made the hack so he knows this thing inside and out!

THANK YOU very much for a clean and reliable hack, without sketchy things or viruses. One problem: I went to start it with the provided exe from the archive, and no text was displayed. I exited CA, and used PerX instead to inject the .dll, and that worked fine. Maybe I am just a noob, but the provided one did not work for me. Thank you so much for such a great hack dll!!!

Do you crash when trying to open the menu?
If so, don't open the menu.
