It's PEGI 18 in Europe. Both my MW2 and Black Ops have got PEGI 18 rating...

The game may be in a late beta stage, but its far from done. A lot of QA needs to be done before release, and they probably arent even going to do that. They hired a bunch of glitchers from some forum to do their QA for them, seeing as how they are too lazy to pay people trained to find bugs and glitches, so they hire some people who have a lot of free time.
