Account blocked for billing info?

Hey guys, so I was playing maplestory, and when i logged out and tryed to relog, it says [your account has been blocked. For billing information please contact_______@________.] So I was like WTF, and i sent nexon like 2 tickets by creating another account. I cant even log in my blocked one. So is there a way to get it back? or it's banned for ever, whoever helps me get it back, ill give them 25k nx, FOR REAL, i wasted 1000 dollars on that account and will pay a huge amount just to get it back.

Also, i bought nx online before but my account got blocked like 1 month after, so is it that problem?

So if 25,000 was charge back you need to put in 25,000 NX and it will take it away and unban you.

But then the money you paid for the NX was taken back from Nexon (Charged Bal) so they want you to pay it back.
