1st No its not legal to host anything outside mod pit, but u aint geht cought , cause manual banns are restricted, but when u want to get sure, just start batfitch before hosting

You are not allowed to host mods outside private games and playlist 15. Right now you'd probably be able to host a few games before getting caught. In the next update it should be impossible.

Hosting mods outside playlist 15 gives you a permanent host ban.
