99 Hunter guide

Hello I'm Takari and this is my 99 Hunting Guide for MPGH.

This is a quick list what I'm going to show you in this guide:

1-19 | Crimson Swifts
19-29 | Tropical Wigtails
29-43 | Swamp Lizards
43-57 | Spotted Kebbits
57-60 | Dark Kebbits
60-80 | Red Salamanders
80-99 | Red Chinchompas

If this is your first time training the hunting skill , head visit the Hunter Shop in Yanille, it got all the traps and stuff you need.

You should buy:
6 Bird Snares
20 Box Traps
1 Unlight Torch

I also recommend you to buy Full Larupia Hunter Gear.The set contains:
Larupia Hat
Larupia Top
Larupia Legs

You need 28 Hunting as a requirement but it increase the catch rates.

Level 1 - 19
Crimson Swifts
Amount to Catch : 117
Location : Feldip Hills
Bird Snares

To get to Feldip Hills just teleport to Castle Wars.
Then keep going North.

What to do when you there:
Lay your Bird Snare on the ground.
Move your character a few steps from the Snare.
When you catch the bird just click on check.

Levels 19-29
Tropical Wigtails
Amount to Catch: 85
Location: Feldip Hills
Bird Snares

Run a bit west from the Crimson Swifts to find them.
Just use the same method as before.
Once you get level 20 hunter you can set 2 Bird Snares at once.

Levels 29-43
Swamp Lizards
Amount to catch: 253
Location : Mort Myre Swamp
4 Small Nets , 4 Ropes
I also recommend to get an Unlight Torch and a Tinderbox.

There should be some trees and just click on them.
At level 39 Hunter Use the Tinder Box on the Unit Torch and then Extingish on the Trap.

Levels 43-57
Spotted Kebits
Amount to Catch: 1471
Location: Piscators Falcanory
500 gp

Give the 500gp to the Falconer.

Levels 57-60
Dark Kebbits
Amount to Catch : 534
Location :Piscators Falcanory
500 gp
Give the 500gp to the Falconer.

Levels 60-80
Red Salamander
Amount to Catch : 6296
Location : ZMI Alter
4 Small Nets , 4 ropes

Teleport to Castle Wars and Run North.
Use the same method as explained in Swamp Lizards.

Red Chinchompas
Amount to Catch: 41,692
Location: Feldip Hills
Box Traps

You should use the X Formation.That means that you should make your box traps looks like an X.
