In all seriousness, I completely agree with @G . There are plenty of people who have lives so much worse than yours. Consider the people of Africa, living in hunger and what-not. I'm not sure if they EVER complain about "not being able to keep friends" and/or relationships.

fucking hate my life. i hate my disability of makin a stable friend IRL. hate my unfortunate relationships, and how they never last. i hate how id care for some one AND THEY COULDNT GIVE THE FUCK TO CARE BACK. i hate how i respect people and they walk over me for it. tired of watching porn, and knowing that my chances of ever having sex are slim. tired of always having to go to my computer as a source of solstice in my life. the list is endless, but it sums up....... i hate my life

Friends - Go to school and just start talking to anyone who doesn't look like a total asshole (someone who will just ignore you) then see where it goes.
If it doesn't work then "oh well", you can try again with the next person.
Most people aren't friend material for you because your a human and that makes you unique.

Relationships - If a girl breaks up with you, it means that you weren't the right type of guy.
But don't let that get to you, relationships can be a bitch but if you don't keep trying you'll never find the perfect person to spend your life with.
If she accepts you for who you are, and you accept her, it means that you can be happy with her for a long time.
If the girl doesn't care back, it doesn't mean she doesn't like you, it's just that you aren't her type. If she is an ass about it then you probably wouldn't want to be with her in the first place.

Sex - Watching porn is part of life, everyone does it, don't think your the only one or that it's weird because it isn't.
Everyone can have sex, it's probably not going to be with a beautiful girl with big boobs but it will be with the perso you love (back to relationships) and it will be much more satisfying.

Do what makes YOU happy. Talk to the girl you have a crush on, make her like you (I don't mean force her to) by being a great guy in her life.
If you can make people happy then you can have any friends you want and any girl in the world (expression).
If you make people happy you will succeed.
