No. This program works a lot better, I defraged my PC about 2 hours ago and its on 93%. I had around 16k files to defrag.

All you should really care about is the graphics card.
Most people have 2GB RAM and the processor at least dual core and that's fine.
Just needs better graphics card.

Old is old, you would have to be a moron to not know about Game Booster, whereas it actually takes up RAM. If you are looking to increase ingame FPS, try CCleaner & Advanced System Care + a yitch3 cfg.

Computers have their maximum running speeds and quality based on their hardware.
Formatting and updating them with the right drivers.and not installing dumb shit is the number 1 method besides getting a new one.

Doing the basic is possible making your computer faster, like removing Temp Files, Browser's cache, Recycle Bin, etc... Without count the Registry cleaner function.
