Cant get free nx, how to fix ?

I know it happened to me cause I used fake infos but is there a way I can fix it... ?

use certifiable info next time, like set a kit of info that is real but doesn't matter and give that to them, one time i gave them my real phone number though and they called it fake ...

But is there anyway to fix it now? And don't have to make another account. I got CPT account and it has that error, I don't want to start all over and create another account.

That Error means you are banned form Taking the s.u.r.v.e.y.s for filling in fake info, they know its fake cuz they look at the info you put in when you signed up

i said get different info not a different account, get info that is real but not yours or info that will never effect you.
that way when it is scanned for positiveness it is not found with errors and u get ur NX

This means your account has been banned from doing nx surve ys. You can't fix it unless you send a ticket to nexon pleading them to unban you.

You can't get other people's account/ip banned if they haven't done anything wrong...
