Just follow it and it will work. It says to disable UAC if using Vista. Read how to do that

open Combat Arms. Press the "DELETE" key. NOT THE BACKSPACE KEY but the DELETE key and there u can turn the hacks on or off.

dont do anything to the settings just what i told u ^^
