Why doesn't the hack seem to work for me?

Ok so I downloaded the program, read all the instructions and followed them carefully and I go to start Combat Arms and it even has the "MPGH Public Combat Arms Hacl V.101 Proudly brought to you by MPGH.net" at the bottom part of my screen but when I start playing nothing really happened. The walls are still the same color, can't see people with chams, etc.

Well for me, everything was working fine but now, when I open combat arms nothing happens. The mpgh thing on the bottom won't appear. I have tried the steps about 40 times. Following all of the tuts on this site. Still won't seem to work. Any Help?

make sure you turn off your firewall so it can inject all the settings.....

how do you activate a hack,

Well heres how i do it :
1. Change the settings to the way its supposed to be. (also put "1" for crosshatch, it helps to show you if the hack is on or not)
2. run MCAPUBHACK.exe
3. press ok
4. run combat arms
5. run MCAPUBHACK.exe again, if it says process already running, then it should work.
6. press start
7. press delete button and choose your hacks then play
