I host on steam and there are no problems, no bugs detected at the moment, only a few in a few mapedits.

I host on a Dedicated Server and me and other clan mates getting the error.

I tried running it, but got an error when it loaded the map:

Impure Client, Invalid IWD referenced.

Or the like. I assume its something I'm doing wrong as I rarely run mods, but it could also be the game itself as it is running extremley slow for some reason.

Its a good mod, as it totally changes the game, a few things that are a bit annoying:
1) You can walk through some walls/fall down a 1 ft drop and die
2) IF you do die you can just choose humans and respawn
3) Gets really laggy on later levels but i guess this is unavoidable
4) Boss has way to much health, like impossible to beat without infi ammo on

i´m hosting the mod on my server but the problem is that some people cant connect. They´re getting an error: Connection timed out. Could it be, that it´s because of the mod?

use care package, like where u make bunkers with? 1 layer so if they jump over its their fault
not that it isnt their fault if they die now but ok

There is a model limit on each map, if you reach that limit, game will crash, And since each zombie are 2 models, buff, is risky adding carepackages,

if i add tons of care packages to a map it will not crash, the packages just wont show, and the collision is still there.. somehow.. you dont feel the collision of it but it just pushes you around like there would be one

Spawn more, go go go, , lets see if you get a error called: NO FREE DOBJS.

Do on quarry or highrise to get error faster.
