no, only in Combat Training and Private matches

Valve Anti-Cheat can be disabled by using

sv_vac "0"

Only while in Combat training and Private Match's. You will not get a ban.
If VAC is ON, you will be banned. It will be a delayed ban.

isnt that pretty much what i already said, besides, you really dont need to type that in, you can disable VAC on Private matches and CT via the server settings menu before the game starts
