Try emailing EA explaining your situation, or maybe the seller possibly made a mistake, you could try asking them to check?

send it back. u have 30 days right to send it back if the game does not meat ur requirement and u can keep it since it was cheap.

contact the seller on ebay and ask for the manual to be sent.

If his posting said it was cd and manual you can open a dispute with paypal and ebay and if he doesnt sent you the manual with the keycode you can get your money back

okay then you go to ea support live chat and tell them you forgot your account witch u registered the game with. Tell that you got the game as a gift. They will ask you for the cd key so give it to them then they will give you a new unused one takes maybe 1hour cause of the waiting. You need to go to tier 2 chat level. They have the power to re register your game. Hope this helps man.

I hope you morons realize a serial key can only work on the account they were registered with. Created first time. You have to ask the owner for the account as well, email address, password, those good stuff.

This does work. I personally did this. They ask for a picture of the code, a timestamp of you with the disc, and then they can give you a new one.
