Na, that is only the Start-Screen for Tablets, they still have the same GUI for ordinary Desktop PC's.

Windows 8 is kool seeing that I'm currently using it along with Windows 7... It's more aimed at Netbooks, Notebooks & Tablets... It loads fast on my PC... When it gets near to the release date you'll see the RC which would be much better...
