Can't play any games? Graphics driver/card.

Ever since i reinstalled Windows, i can't play any games, even playing Windows games (Minesweeper, Solitaire etc.) make me lag. Every game i download it says i need a better graphics card/driver i tried installing many drivers but it never works or it has an error. My laptop is a Sony Vaio, Model: VPCCW26EC. It was bought it China (i know..) so i have to go on the Chinese website of Sony to update the driver, but even then it doesn't work! Someone please help?

Oh and also, i lost the format disk in the hotel i was staying in... Does this mean i have to buy a new laptop just to play games?

It has integrated graphics.
It's complete bullshit.
And you can't just download random graphics drivers.
