Shit just Got fucked

i have recently recovered my account to find that it had a minor macroing offence for 1 year, the only reason that could explain the ban is that i clicked a link a person on runescape sent me saying to say i --------- accept the rules of doing the dice and not scamming .....
i had to login to post on the forums but then after i posted i couldn't see the post on the runescape forums at the time i didn't take any notice to it but now after being banned i think my account mite of been phished i would hope to receive my account back without any ban but i dont no if i will have anything left on it

Jagex are hardasses, they will reply with something like
"Here are runescape we do not support Scamming, you have received another year ban."
THOUGH... you mentioned someone else sent you a link...

Jagex tells, do not go to outside links only to the offcially website of runescape.
