Kick/BAN from Crytek? MP?

Man they **** my game up. First they messed up my account (my level 50, most modules level 3, all my gear gone, stats gone)

Then I get "You have been kicked from the server" over and over (even if I ain't do anything?) and Your connection to the session has been lost and in console "Endtask 18 error 51" been about 4 days w/o play, come to play and its all the same.... they fubar my game!

No support or response from them either. Anyone else experience this or get around it?

EDIT: Clean boot my pc, I can logon to my secondary account (same cd key, same profile, 2nd account) and it seems to work for now, but the other is FUBAR. I loaded ****** in game, and the game crashed, I figured I'd stick to just Smx-1 MATTHAX for now. I got people callin me a cheater usin just this (they think i'm using aimbot.) Probably shooting while cloaked (accident) too much, caused too much kick, and they blocked my primary account

I read that that's how they treat it, first temp kicks, then temp ban, then reset, then perm ban. I do not understand how they apply that system against us... but I read the 1.8 anti cheat script?

see thats the worst ive gotten is several ppl making report videos like this one. Oh and my retriever kills keep getting reset, but i can set it back to tier 3 instantly so haha in the face

Haha im not reporting a hacker

im just showing the OP that all the hacks work fine in MP. The video is to show that I didnt get kicked. But Im too lazy to make a video so I picked one where some1 was reporting me for hacking cuz they couldnt votekick me.

w/e happened i can't logon to my main account. do you have 2 accounts on 1 profile? I think retriever resets because it loads the stats from second profile?
