I agree this was hack, when a person lags, they tend to A. teleport or B. Stop for a moment/run blankly. If it was lag, the person would've teleported or something. I've seen people do it.

This is hack because 1. You can see the person moving and clearly not affected by anything. 2. The person did damage against said player at a range that is too far and is impossible. 3. The death at that range is impossible and lag wouldn't let you play that clear.
